It Lives!

It has been quite a while since I have updated this blog. Some things have changed over the last year, I changed jobs last October, after thirteen years with the same company. It has been a good move, for a number of reasons and so far, so good. This spring, my involvement in youth lacrosse came to an end now that my son has entered high school. It was a very rewarding experience and I like to  think that I made a difference in most of the kid's lives over the last seven years, The team I play for went 0-8, but it is still fun, an excellent form of exercise, and my teammates are all great guys.

I have also started the process of hopefully completing a college degree. I'm enrolled in a program that if all goes well, I'll receive a BA in English \ Creative Writing with a Screenwriting Concentration. I'm taking Intro to Creative Writing now and am really enjoying it.

My current employer blocks access to all forms of social media, but now I have my own devices ( smartphone \ laptop) that I can access my blog with, finally. I look forward to catching up on all that has been and is going on with all my old blogging haunts.

  1. Welcome back, Sean. It seems that you are following a course similar to Gerard Brennan's.

    2. Yes, all's well out here. As for Gerard, I was thinking of the fact that he has left his accounting job and is pursuing a degree, also in writing, at Queen's College. Has some kind of teaching assistant position there to help pay the bills. I'm glad both of you are continuing your education.
