Just finished Savages last week in time for the movie, interesting to see what Oliver Stone does to it.Eamon Moroneyhttp://eamonmoroney.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4567191594527085099.post-47367201153026923252012-07-18T09:06:18.821-04:002012-07-18T09:06:18.821-04:00Charles- I think you would like itCharles- I think you would like itSean Patrick Reardonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14051252366031997054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4567191594527085099.post-90207076357773641712012-07-17T16:34:09.531-04:002012-07-17T16:34:09.531-04:00Sounds like I'd enjoy it as well.Sounds like I'd enjoy it as well.Charles Gramlichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02052592247572253641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4567191594527085099.post-10458879477230511372012-07-17T09:12:38.913-04:002012-07-17T09:12:38.913-04:00Ben- Glad someone else feels the same way. Having not seen the movie, I would hope it takes the same approach as Fight Club, Goodfellas, Casino, any of BEE movies, and even Nick McDonnell's "Twelve" adaptation. You know where the voice-over narration tells the story. Love that type of thing! Also loved the present tense style of Winslow's writing.Sean Patrick Reardonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14051252366031997054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4567191594527085099.post-55021332629025015752012-07-17T09:04:21.383-04:002012-07-17T09:04:21.383-04:00Yes, read it last week and it blew me away too.
